Shipping

A flat rate shipping fee of R100 will be charged for each order. Once production phase is complete (2-3 weeks), a courier shipment will be lodged and a tracking number will be sent to customer once dispatched. Delivery lead time is between 4-7 working days. 

Return and Refund Policies

Zelda M shoes recognizes that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the correct items online and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchasing experience. If you change your mind about a purchase made, you have 15 days from the day you receive your delivery to return the item. A customer is permitted to return the shoes if faulty or damaged from the time of purchase. However, the customer may not return the shoes if they are damaged in their possession because they mishandled the shoes. The shoes that are returned will go through inspection before a return is granted. If upon inspection it is found that the shoes are not defective you will not be entitled to a refund or an exchange.The customer is responsible for making sure that they keep their proof of payment and order number in case they decide to return the shoes.The following process is undertaken for the return of the shoes bought online;

You will need to contact us to return your shoes. We will need your proof of payment or order number to process the return. You can do this by contacting us by email at info@zeldamshoes.online.

We will then lodge a collection with our courier provider should we be at fault

Alternatively, the customer can return the shoes at their nearest PEP store to be delivered to PEP Mall of the North.

  • Should you return your order via PEP, you will be required to forward the unique collection pin provided by PEP to ou. 

  • Once we have confirmed the arrival of your shoes, we will either exchange or refund you the amount you paid, according to your request.

Refunds : The customer is also permitted to ask for a refund if the shoes they want to exchange or replace are out of stock. Refunds will be facilitated 15 days after the return of the shoes. Once the refund has been processed a notification will be sent to the customer, the refunded amount will reflect in accordance with the bank’s EFT clearance schedule.
